Johnnie Walker Championship, 2012

Johnnie Walker Championship, 2012

What a Glorious win for Lawrie at Gleneagles
Congratulations to Paul Lawrie who won his second title of the season with a well deserved victory in the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles.

The Scot, who is celebrating his return to the Ryder Cup which will be held at Medinah Country Club later this month, won with a four-strokes to spare.

Watching his every move from inside the ropes on the final round was Libby Rodger!

Libby has been a volunteer at the Johnnie Walker Championship for many years.  It just proves good things do come to those who wait!

Thanks to Hazel Moore for the photo of Libby on duty.

Anniversary Quaich, 2012

Jean Jasper played Nicola Gilmore in the final of the Anniversay Quaich last Saturday and won!  Despite the atrocious conditions for the 2nd nine the girls had a great game.
